Wessex Water Community Drop-Ins

Our sessions, which are being held at locations across our whole water supply and wastewater area, will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as the point of contact for your local community.

They can:

answer questions about your bill
refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.
