In partnership with Chard, Ilminster & Langport (CLICK) PCN, available to those patients registered at Ariel Healthcare, The Meadows Surgery, Summervale Surgery, Langport Surgery and Church View Surgery, SASP enables the Enhanced Access service, which provides free community-based physical activity support designed to help individuals improve and maintain their health. This programme is particularly beneficial for those seeking additional assistance in managing their weight, living with a long-term health condition, or at risk of developing diabetes.
