Chard and Blackdowns Local Community Network (LCN)

Local Community Networks (LCNs) work to enhance the well-being of residents by fostering strong partnerships between Somerset Council, local communities, businesses, and organisations such as Town and Parish Councils and Voluntary, Community, Faith, and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) groups. Somerset is home to 18 LCNs, each dedicated to co-led, collaborative community engagement and development. These networks act as a collective voice for their communities, helping to identify priorities and address local challenges.
